Church Leadership

Although each church member has a special role to play within the local church, we also have a small ministry team that is supported by a larger leadership team. These teams facilitate and support the life of the local church.

Minister

Bachelard Yemtsa

Revd. Dr Bachelard Yemtsa joined us as minister on 13th April 2024. Bachelard's ministry in the Mid Lincs Area Pastorate is shared between us, Boston URC and as a Family & Children's Outreach worker. 

Senior Leader

Peter Harding

Peter  Harding was ordained as an Anglican Priest in 1979, and was formerly the Senior Leader at Sleaford Community Church until Riverside was formed. He retired as Head of English at Carre's Grammar School, having worked in education for over 30 years, as a teacher and as a School Improvement Inspector. Peter is married to Margaret, and they have three adult children and nine grandchildren.

Brian is a consulting engineer, having held management positions with a major electronics manufacturing company.  
He is married to Gwyn and they have two children.

Keith works for a local software company, is married to Sam and has two children.

Jack Marris

Jack is a former police officer and builder, and a graduate of Moorlands Bible College.  He is married to Sue.

Sue Marris

Sue completed her studies at Moorlands Bible College.  She and Jack have three adult children and several grandchildren.
