Church Leadership

Although each church member has a special role to play within the local church, we also have a small leadership team. This team facilitates and supports the life of the local church.

Minister

Revd Dr Bachelard Kaze Yemtsa

Revd Dr Bachelard Kaze Yemtsa joined us as minister on 13th April 2024. Bachelard's ministry in the Mid Lincs Area Pastorate is shared between us, Boston URC and as a Family & Children's Outreach worker.

Dr Brian Coaker

Brian is a consulting engineer, having held management positions with a major electronics manufacturing company.  He is married to Gwyn and they have two children.

Keith works for a local software company, is married to Sam and has two children.

Jeremy Green

Jeremy (Jem) is a Chartered Governance Professional. He was an officer in the British Army completing 25 years’ service. His second career included time as Company Secretary in a UK Ltd company and as a Finance Director/Company Secretary in an Academy Trust. He works part time for Acts trust co-ordinating the Night Light Café. He is a Trustee of Go Make a Difference in Tanzania a Christian Charity working in the Mara Region of Northern Tanzania. He travels to Tanzania each year and is also a trustee of Sleaford United Charity. He is married to Tina and they have 3 sons and 2 granddaughters

Tina Green

Tina spent her working life in finance and payroll working in Building Societies, Banks and completing payroll for an Academy Trust. She now works part time for the local council. She enjoys keeping fit by running regularly but normally can be found with her nose in a book. She is married to Jem and they have 3 sons and 2 granddaughters.
