New Leaders appointed for Riverside
A new team of Elders have been appointed for the church, joining the Ministers in leading Riverside. They have been drawn from the two uniting churches. Each of them has a particular area of responsibility, and will lead a team of people who deliver work in that area. The new leaders are:Linda Faber (Youth & Children's Work), Jem Green (Mission), Gordon Hodgson (Fellowship and Prayer), Grenville Jackson (Administration), and Richard Owen (Worship). - A new church
Launch of Riverside Church, Sleaford
Formed by the union of Sleaford Community Church and Sleaford United Reformed Church, Riverside's first worship meeting was on March 9, 2008, where around 100 people of all ages praised God and shared in Communion. - The Source recognised at Town Awards
The Source Multi Use Centre wins the Mayor's Award
The Source MUC is our major community project, inherited from the URC. At this year's Sleaford Town Awards, the Mayor of Sleaford, Cllr Jack Collings, gave his award to The Source for our contribution to the community. Find out more about the Source here. (Opens in a new window.)
