Short mat bowls uses the same bowl as outdoor, but is played indoors on a short mat. A 'block' is placed in the centre of the mat ensuring that bowls are 'curved' into the jack creating a challenging game.

The group meet on Tuesdays evenings in our hall, at 7:15pm. When there are sufficient people, we can play on two mats.

The standard of play ranges from absolute beginners to those with much more experience, and friendly, supportive coaching is given to those who are newer to the game. If you are interested in coming along and trying your hand (and arm and eye!), you will be welcomed...
