One of our Ministers, Steve, is now on sabbatical study leave until January 2009. He will be looking at "mega-churches" in the USA and UK to see how they engage with their community in mission, with a view to seeing what might be transferable to much smaller churched in the UK context. But don't worry - he will definitely be back!
