Leaders
Riverside is led by a ministry team, supported by a leadership team of five Elders.
Ministry Team

Steve is a full-time Minister of the United Reformed Church. He was ordained in September 1998, and is married to Linda. They currently have six children. Steve and his family moved to Sleaford in 2003, after leading a URC in Enfield. In the autumn of 2009 he took sabbatical study leave, during which time he looked at how "mega-churches" engage in mission with their community, to see what is transferable to "ordinary" sized churches in Britain.
Although he is in full-time Christian ministry, not all of his time is at Riverside. Steve also serves the United Reformed Church in Boston, and has 25% of his ministry time allocated as a Mission Enabler for the East Midlands Synod of the URC.
